Bryan Hengesteg , Store Manager
Our Ankeny Store Manager, Bryan Hengesteg, is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa with a B.S. in Exercise Science and a Master's in Kinesiology. He has spent years in personal training, group fitness instructing, and coaching strength and conditioning most recently. Bryan was and still is very active in sports and training, and he enjoys a variety of exercise activities, including CrossFit, running, rowing, and powerlifting. Bryan enjoys finding the right exercise program for each individual and believes one of the most important things is finding something they will enjoy and want to continue doing.
