Power Racks, also know as Power Cages or Squat Racks is an essential element of any free-weight workout. Unlike a Smith machine which establishes the range of motion, Power Racks force the Athlete to develop proper form by creating a free moving yet safe space for each lift, and since most Power Racks have integrated pull-up bars, they are also an excellent element of a CrossFit setup.
