One Machine, Two Heights
The RowErg is available with either standard or tall legs. The standard legs give a 14-inch (36 cm) seat height while the taller legs place the seat 20 inches (51 cm) from the floor. The higher frame means easier on-and-off for those with tired knees or mobility considerations, but is not required for taller users, and both machines will fit inseams up to 38 inches (96.5 cm). Rowers with an inseam longer than this may require our extra-long monorail.

A History of Excellence
We made our first rowing machine back in 1981 as a winter training device for rowers. Since then, our machine has given rise to the sport of indoor rowing and its use has grown to include everyone from Olympians to CrossFitters to people just wanting a great workout.
