    • I wanted to pass along my positive experience with Push Pedal Pull in Overland Park. I wanted to get the Inspire FT2 with financing, however financing had to be pushed back a little bit as I was closing on a home and didn’t want to run a credit check until after the home closing was finalized. I told Charlie Hanson exactly what I wanted and he let me know if I put a small deposit down he would reserve the equipment until I was ready to proceed. A day after closing I called Charlie and he was able to get the financing done in under 10 minutes and he was able to schedule my installation in less than a week. The installers came today and the lead installer, Charles G. and his team with Fitness Delivery Experts, were professional and kept the place as clean as it was before they arrived. Afterwards, Charles walked me through the machine and showed me how everything worked - it was extremely helpful. I wanted to pass this along as customer service with most other retailers, contractors, etc. has declined over the last year or so, and this experience with PPP really stood out with exceptional customer service …. whatever you all are doing at the Overland Park location, it’s working.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Stephanie Griffin for the last 45 minutes and I can not remember talking to someone as professional as her. That is saying something because I'm gonna turn 80. I am a dealmaker but I'm also somebody who appreciates good customer service and rarely do I come across somebody like Stephanie. So the first thing I have to do is call her supervisor and tell him or her what a wonderful person Stephanie is. I just want you to know that I could not have dealt with somebody nicer more thorough more efficient and on top of her game. She was willing to accommodate me had patience to answer my questions. Stephanie is probably one of the top sales people I've ever encountered. In any case if this is the experience customers receive in your stores, congratulations. If you ever need someone to give a referral feel free to give out my number.

        • If you are looking for the best exercise equipment for the best prices then make sure you visit the store, because Chase is an outstanding salesman who will take care of you and if possible give you a better deal than the sticker price. I shopped everywhere looking for the best price for the Inspire Fitness 2 Functional Trainer and then decided to purchase it locally since everyone had the same exact price. Chase applied some promotional prices that I could not find anywhere during my search and after calling some few online retailers including their own online store.

          When I finally decided to make the purchase Chase was off work and I was privileged to with Jay Stewart the store manager. I too am in sales and get paid commission, so I was concerned that if I purchased from Jay instead of Chase that Chase would not get the commission, but Jay is a man of his word. When he completed the transaction and provided me the receipt it had Chase as the seller which is exactly what I wanted, because as a salesman I don't have a lot of days off and having to coordinate with Chase would be difficult since we are both in sales.

          That was my experience, but another reason to purchase at Push Pedal Pull besides the best prices is for their integrity and honesty. I recently had an issue with my order that they took care of immediately. You cannot get better service anywhere guaranteed. I will be buying my exercise bike from them and other high quality home gym solutions and I recommend you do the same.

        • Best decision made, I wasn't sure if I should have purchased my gym from an online store or in person at a retail store. I decided to purchase from Push Pedal Pull in Springfield MO. I could have received free shipping from a store online, but no personal interaction. I purchased a top Quality gym but ended up having an issue with one of the cables. Instead of going back and forth with countless emails from the manufacture I spoke with Paul from Push Pedal Pull. He said he would see what he could do. Best customer service I could have hoped for. The store manager, Paul Harnandez, was very helpful and we decided to buy an Inspire CS4 cardio strider and M2 multi-gym. The experience was nothing but pleasant. After a long delay caused by COVID-19 and everything that has affected, our equipment was finally delivered and set up on August 10.         • When I receive excellent service I always want to make sure the executives receive feedback for the experience. We purchased a Spirit from Chad at the Burnsville, MN about 18 months ago. The Spirit unit has been a great addition to our workout room in our basement. Chad did an excellent job selling us the Spirit machine. About 9 months ago I brought my daughter to a hair salon which is located right next to your Burnsville Push Pedal Pull. building. I stopped by your store while I was waiting for my daughter. I met the store manager Barrett Hodgdon that afternoon. Barrett showed me the Precor AMT 835. He went through an outstanding demonstration of that unit. We were not in the market for an addition exercise piece at that time. Barrett would leave a message on our answer machine when there were special pricing on the unit. I would also receive emails regarding specials. Yesterday I brought my wife to the Burnsvillle Store. We were just looking to see if there were any products that we didn't have in our workout room. Barrett went through another outstanding demonstration of the Precor AMT 835 as well as a rowing machine. We purchased the Precor unit on the spot. I have been in sales for over 30 years. I appreciate people that are outstanding salespeople and have passion in their profession. Both Barrett and Chad gave us excellent experiences. I only had to call their service department one time. Their service tech Dave was extremely helpful. Before we purchased the Precor unit my wife asked if we should look at any other stores. My answer was no. I am a service guy. I own an elliptical that was purchased from your Push, Pedal and Pull store in August 2006. I am currently having an issue with one of the parts that has a lifetime warranty. I contacted the Horizon service center, who informed me I needed my original invoice, which I do not have. Without going into too much detail Ryan address our situation in a professional matter, which resulted in us purchasing a better cardio exerciser. He spend extra time with us explaining the equipment without being a pushy sales person. Ryan is a solid person that knows his equipment and listens to your needs. The Inspire CS3 came with all the tools, parts and instruction manual for easy assembly. I would call the Inspire CS3 a commercial grade. Finally got my wife an exerciser that she enjoys using.

        • I went into P3 in Cedar Rapids on Sat, May 11th and wanted to learn more about water rowers and possibly try one or two. The salesman was very knowledgeable and taught my daughter and myself the proper way to do the exercise and explained the differences between the models. He even had a used model that was in excellent condition and had a great price on this unit. He let us try whatever ones we wanted to. I ended up buying the used one and wanted to let you know what a great job these guys in Cedar are doing representing the WaterRower product line and the time and experience they have with the product. I first talked with Mikey on the live chat and when I arrived at the store Ryan was aware of my preferences for a new treadmill.         • I had done a ton of research online before narrowing in on a few spinning bike models. I discovered this store and went on their website and asked a few questions via online chat. The gentleman on chat answered my questions and then later that day I walked into the store and was greeted by Barrett; the store manager and my sales person. I introduced myself as "Dave" and he asked me if I was "Dave Wenell" which threw me for a loop a bit. He went on to tell me he actively reviews all the online chats in his area to make sure questions were answered to his satisfaction and he had proactively written me an email already. I had not seen the email yet when I walked into the store but I can assure you he did in fact proactively write me an email following up on my inquiries. Ok I'm impressed...good way to start the experience for sure. Barrett was extremely knowledgeable about the products I was interested in and guided me towards the best product for my needs. I never once felt pressured to purchase as Barrett was never pushy at all during my sales consultation experience. I purchased one Life Fitness IC6 and financed it. He again really took his time to inform me of the financing options and pros/cons of each and I ultimately left extremely happy. Later my wife and I decided to purchase one more of the exact same unit and I proceeded to bombard him with a slew of questions over email close to closing time on a Sunday. I was able to purchase an additional unit and even change my original "pickup" to "delivery" all over email and after hours which I certainly was not expecting. I am a family man myself and know how much I value my own personal free time with my family so the fact Barrett took time out of his personal life to help me out was definitely above and beyond my expectations. I can't say enough positive things about this location and of course of Barrett himself. Truly a great customer experience and I will absolutely be back in the future should I have additional fitness equipment needs.         • I recently shopped your Brooklyn Park store in MN and had a very positive experience.I bought my first treadmill from Push Pedal Pull years and years ago and returned to their showroom in Brooklyn Park (MN) to make a new purchase. With the expert help of Dustin, I narrowed the selection to two machines and elected to go with the less expensive one to save money. Mistake. Shortly after I took delivery I knew that this treadmill would not work for me and so I returned to the store and arranged for return of the treadmill and replacement with the more expensive model. This switch was done at no cost to me and I was even given a generous price break on the new machine, the Precor TRM 211. I'm completely satisfied with the purchase and with the service provided by Push Pedal Pull. I recommend!

        • We had the opportunity to meet Lynn Fragetta at the Nashville Home show over this past weekend.  We were at the home show looking for contractors to help us do some home remodeling.  We happened to pass by Lynn's booth for Push Pedal Pull and stopped to just ask about a piece of equipment she had on display.  My husband and I were both blown away by her enthusiasm and charming personality.  We were impressed with her level of understanding on all of the products and specifically the  piece of equipment we were interested in.  She sold us on the equipment and the deal that we were getting  on such a great piece of fitness equipment. We are not big "on the spot" purchasers, so after we agreed to buy the Inspire FT1, we thought we would go by the Push Pedal Pull facility in Brentwood, to see what it was all about.  Needless to say, we were again blown away by the great variety of equipment they had available for purchase as well as Lynn's ability to demonstrate it all thoroughly!  We also brought my 17 year old daughter with us just so that she could see what we had purchased and Lynn showed her quite a few exercises she could do on the demo machine.  That one act by Lynn meant the world to my husband and I since our daughter is a basketball player and needed to be comfortable using the equipment as well.  I can't say enough about how impressed I am with the outstanding service that we have received from Lynn and Andy at P3.  Even though we live in Murfreesboro, we will not hesitate going back out to Brentwood the next time we are in need of some fitness equipment.  We purchased an Inspire FT1 and are excited about replacing our Bowflex with this upgraded home gym system.  I would be remiss if I didn't mention how much I laughed while in Lynn's presence.  If she decides to give up on her day job, she has a budding career opportunity as a top rate comedian.  I promise if you meet her you will feel just as we did; we have a new friend in Brentwood who can't help but  brighten up your day.  I would highly recommend the guys at P3 in Brentwood to anyone needing to purchase  fitness equipment on any end of the cost or difficulty spectrum.  I will also make sure that I get back over there at some point to participate in their afternoon/evening workout sessions.  The medium size workout room that they have downstairs looks like it would give you a work out you soon won't forget.  Well done P3!

        • Dear Zane, Just wanted to let you know that the Precor exceeds all my expectations – in one night!  Greg laughed at me because Monday evening when we were getting ready for the new machine I was just convinced that I should have kept my Octane and was just beside myself. I honestly think if I had not already paid for the Precor I might have changed my mind.  Yesterday was a slow day at the office so I read the Precor manual online and wow – easy to run and so nice.  It is very different than the Octane but this machine is much easier on my joints and especially on the tendon issue on my heal.  Even though the machine is bigger it looks much nicer – just sleek and looks good! So, I thank you for your help – sorry to doubt the machine – but just love it.  I do have to laugh as I just let it pick the workout last night and based on my age it was a much easier workout that I am used to.  But since it’s so easy to up the intensity it was all good.  I know the machine will figure out I am a little stronger than most are at my age. Also, your delivery guys are awesome.  Very professional, but still a lot of fun.  Thanks for all your help – now it will be a long year waiting to get a Precor treadmill because they build awesome machines!

It was a pleasure to meet and work with you. I appreciate your very low pressure approach as it fits my purchasing style very well. I also appreciate your keeping in contact and willingness to discuss and make an accommodation on the final price. It's still a lot of money but I feel it's a great price for the quality of the equipment. One comment you made that sticks out with me on one of my first visits is when you said you understood I wasn't ready to buy yet, but I would do so when I felt the timing was right. Those are simple words Barrett but they meant a lot to me. Thank you.  I'm a retired police officer from San Francisco and honestly I don't like strangers in my home -- I guess it's just baggage I carry -- but the men who delivered and installed the machine were exceptional. They were clean, respectful, and cordial. They installed the machine in the location I asked and did a very nice job with no damage anywhere in the house. After leaving I tested the functionality and found the machine properly adjusted and working perfectly. The men worked steady and quickly but never gave me the impression of rushing through it even though they had yet another delivery and install to make afterwards. I appreciate their hard work and glad I didn't try to assemble it myself. I've used the machine a week now and while somewhat different than the Precor machine I had 15 years ago I feel this is an excellent home gym. Technology has come a long way. The footprint is smaller and functionality much greater than my old gym. Well that pretty much sums up my feelings. I want to thank you for the time you spent with me and helping me through this purchase. This is the third (very pleasurable) purchase I've made from Push Pedal Pull and you will certainly be my choice in the future.

        • I was searching for a quality recumbent exercise bike and was referred to Push Pedal Pull by my former physical therapy clinic. He had a very impressive display of exercise bikes in all price ranges, and was very interested in finding the one that would satisfy my needs and budget.  After discussing the price range and merits of the extensive offerings available at Push Pedal Pull, I was given demos of several bikes. One bike in particular that I had seen advertised was not available at the May Avenue store, but was on display at the Memorial Drive location. We then drove to the north location, demo'd the bike that was not available at the May Ave location, as well as a comparison of features of several bikes. Long story shortened. Thought about It overnight, returned the next day and purchased the bike that I thought most suitable. The bike was delivered the following Monday, the 18th of June.  Doing business with Push Pedal Pull was a great experience. Both locations were clean and well layed out, had extensive inventory of all types of exercise equipment, and were very personable and helpful. Highly recommended!

        • To whom it may concern, My name is Shawn Suess and I am the Wellness Training Manager here at Family Wellness in Fargo, ND.  We recently opened an 80,000 square foot wellness center and Push Pedal Pull was our primary vendor for strength and cardio equipment.  From the start, Greg Flicek and Jason Davis were extremely helpful and went out of their way many times to help me out to answer questions or give advice.  Of all the vendors I worked with on this project, PPP was the only vendor that offered to help with the layout of the equipment which I am grateful for.  Greg and Jason made life easy when it came to the layout and took a huge weight off my shoulders.  Of course once we started moving things in I changed my mind but that is just how a new setup goes and the PPP crew was very understanding and moved equipment to my desired locations.  No other vendor had a crew that even came close to the PPP team.  They were the most respectful of the center and the people around since we were still giving tours at the time of delivery.  They were very courteous and answered all my questions very well.  On our opening day, Greg Flicek had arranged catering with bagels, coffee, and juice to serve in our lobby which our customers were very grateful for.  Greg also stuck around the entire day to help out on the fitness floor and helped answer equipment questions, showed people how to get the most out of their P80 and so on.  Overall, I couldn't be happier with the vendor choice I made and I wish the other vendors treated their customers as well as Push Pedal Pull has treated myself and my team.
