PUSH PEDAL PULL STATE FAIR GIVEAWAY

Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

The Push Pedal Pull State Fair Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Push Pedal Pull (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors and immediate family members of Push Pedal Pull and its affiliated companies are not eligible to enter.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Giveaway Period

Entries will be accepted in person at participating Push Pedal Pull locations at the:

Iowa State Fair
Minnesota State Fair

Entries must be submitted during the applicable fair dates and during the hours that the Push Pedal Pull exhibit is open to the public.

4. How to Enter

To enter, visit the Push Pedal Pull exhibit at either the Iowa State Fair or Minnesota State Fair and complete the official giveaway entry form.

Limit one (1) entry per person for the entire Giveaway.

Entering at both fairs does not provide an additional entry. Duplicate entries may be removed or disqualified at Sponsor's discretion.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a prize package consisting of:

One (1) Power Plate product
One (1) Red Light Therapy Mask

The exact models, colors and specifications of the prizes will be determined by Push Pedal Pull and are subject to availability.

The prize has no cash value and may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable.

6. Winner Selection

One (1) potential winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received at both the Iowa State Fair and Minnesota State Fair.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted using the contact information provided on their entry.

The potential winner may be required to verify eligibility and provide information reasonably necessary for prize fulfillment.

If the selected winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the timeframe specified by Push Pedal Pull, is determined to be ineligible or declines the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

8. Prize Delivery

The prize will be shipped to the winner at the mailing address provided by the winner following verification of eligibility.

Standard shipping within the contiguous United States will be provided by Push Pedal Pull.

Sponsor is not responsible for delivery delays, incorrect addresses or inability to deliver a prize due to inaccurate information supplied by the winner.

9. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state or local taxes associated with accepting the prize.

If required by law based on the value of the prize, the winner may be required to provide appropriate tax information and may receive applicable tax documentation.

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Push Pedal Pull to use the winner's first name, city and state, photograph and/or likeness for promotional purposes related to the Giveaway without additional compensation.

11. General Conditions

Push Pedal Pull reserves the right to disqualify any participant who attempts to circumvent the one-entry-per-person limitation, provides false or misleading information, interferes with the operation of the Giveaway or otherwise violates these Official Rules.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical problems, circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control or other factors affect the integrity or proper operation of the Giveaway.

12. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Push Pedal Pull, the Iowa State Fair, the Minnesota State Fair, participating prize manufacturers and their respective affiliates, employees, officers, directors and representatives from claims arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize, except where prohibited by law.

The Iowa State Fair and Minnesota State Fair are not sponsors or administrators of this Giveaway unless expressly stated otherwise.

13. Privacy & Marketing Communications

Information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be handled in accordance with Push Pedal Pull's applicable privacy practices.

Entering the Giveaway does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive promotional email or SMS/text messages. Any marketing consent requested on the entry form should be presented separately and clearly identified as optional unless otherwise permitted by applicable law.

14. Acceptance of Rules

By entering the Giveaway, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood and agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Push Pedal Pull regarding the Giveaway.
