New Fitness Facility & Weight Room

  • The new weight room serves the high school with upgraded space for strength and conditioning, used daily by sports teams and physical education classes.

Athletic Training Commitment

  • The football program has placed strong emphasis on year-round strength training, with nearly 50 athletes (grades 7–12) lifting regularly—even during construction phases using a temporary shed near the football field for offseason workouts.

Facility Highlights and Features

  • Commercial-grade strength zones
  • Multiple squat/bench racks
  • Free-weights and plate-loaded gear
  • Strength training platforms and benches
