Alan was born and raised in Arkansas and spent nearly a decade as a
Parks and Recreation Superintendent. From there, he became a Certified
Personal/Group Fitness Trainer. He’s spent the past decade in the
fitness industry and is very passionate about health and wellness.
Alan lives in Northwest Arkansas with his wife and two daughters.
They are all very active in sports, fitness, and staying active in the
community.
He specializes in working with Parks and Recreation Departments, along with High Schools & Colleges throughout Arkansas.
