The unique ratcheting system on the Resolute Strength Rotary Torso easily adjusts the start position to the left or the right so exercisers can work the oblique muscles on both sides of their torso. Strategically placed pads ensure proper posture for the rotation.
Biomechanically Sound
The cylindrical arm, seat, and back pads support the posture of the exerciser as they rotate to engage their obliques. The Resolute Rotary Torso provides resistance for rotation in both directions, providing a complete oblique workout.
